Fabasoft consultants realize innovative major projects in close cooperation with our customers. During the phases of the project they attend the customer. Consultants know and live our project model, which has been proven in many projects. In the project management education the consultants gather experiences in operative project management, after that we offer as an career step, the assumption for projects as project leader.
Customer Services
Customer services support our customers in the area of operations management and support. This includes infrastructure planning, installation of software at the customer or performance tuning and analysis of problems in the area of infrastructure, system software and data bases. As a software support specialist you are the competent contact person for our customers in the second or in the third level area.
Presales/Sales
Our Presales/Sales work with high performance to position our products on the market. Sectoral trends market knowledge, proactivity and high orientation to the customers benefits are requirements to the sales success. Our expert team in the area of bid management supports these teams in the field of the complex requirements of large provision of tenders.
